Oggi vi propongo questa ricetta nel modo in cui mia madre la prepara.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;Ingredienti&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;per 4 persone&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;i&gt;- 400 gr di pasta  da pane già pronta &lt;/i&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;i&gt;- 800 gr di patate &lt;/i&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;i&gt;- 400 gr di pomodori maturi freschi o in scatola&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;i&gt;- 300 gr di salsiccia&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;i&gt;- 300 gr di parmigiano grattugiato&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;i&gt;- 200 gr di pecorino tagliato a fette&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;i&gt;- 1 cipolla &lt;/i&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;i&gt;- 4 cucchiai d'olio di oliva&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-style: normal; "&gt;&lt;i&gt; e.v.o&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;i&gt;- Sale, pepe&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;b&gt;Preparazione&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;i&gt;Far scottare i pomodori in acqua bollente, scolarli, privarli della pelle, dei semi, dell'acqua di vegetazione e tritarli.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;i&gt;Sbucciare la cipolla, lavarla, asciugarla, e tritarla finemente.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;i&gt;Pelare le patate, lavarle, asciugarle, e dividere a dadini.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;i&gt;In un tegame con 3 cucchiai d'olio   far appassire la cipolla tritata senza lasciarla colorire, aggiungere le patate, lasciarle insaporire per qualche minuto mescolandole  con un cucchiaio  di legno  e unire i pomodori tritati.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;i&gt;Insaporire con un pizzico di sale e pepe, coprire il tegame e continuare la cottura, a fuoco moderato, per 20 minuti circa.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;i&gt;Aggiungere alle patate la salsiccia a pezzetti, il parmigiano e il pecorino.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;i&gt;Stendere 2\3 di pasta da pane in una tortiera spennelata d'olio; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 240px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_09S9YL_3qcQ/S3LCJc9uceI/AAAAAAAAB48/9A4KElipkfA/s320/DSCF5372.JPG" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5436621167839310306" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;i&gt;E da un po' di tempo che tenevo d'occhio questa ricetta, finalmente mi sono decisa e l'ho provata, devo dire che in famiglia e' piaciuta molto, la trascrivo così come e' scritta sulla rivista dalla quale l'ho presa.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;b&gt;Ingredienti:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;b&gt;per 4-6 persone&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;i&gt;- 8 mele renette o golden (io ho usato le golden)&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;i&gt;- 50 gr di burro&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;i&gt;- 25 gr di zucchero semolato&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;i&gt;- 125 gr di latte&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;i&gt;- 3 uova intere&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;i&gt;- 180-200 gr di farina (io ne ho messo 200)&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;i&gt;- 1/2 bustina di lievito per dolci&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;i&gt;- olio per friggere&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;b&gt;Preparazione:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;i&gt;Sciogliere il burro a bagnomaria, aggiungete lo zucchero, il latte, le uova, la farina, il lievito.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;i&gt;Lavorare il composto fino ad ottenere una pastella fluida e morbida.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;i&gt;Sbucciare le mele e togliere il torsolo. Tagliarle a fettine rotonde spesse circa mezzo centimetro. "&gt;parazione:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;i&gt;Lessare le patate privarle della buccia e passarli nello schiaccia patate.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;i&gt;In una grande ciotola mettere la farina, le patate, il lievito sciolto nel latte tiepido e impastare il tutto aggiungere dell'acqua tiepida circa 200 ml l'impasto deve essere molto molle, appiccicaticcio. Aggiungere tre manciate di farina e impastate con una forchetta fino a fare un impasto liquido. Fate riposare 15 minuti.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;i&gt;Amalgamare &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_6"&gt;separatamente&lt;/span&gt; le uova in un recipiente assieme allo zucchero rimasto ed al burro fuso.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;i&gt;Completata l'operazione aggiungete il tutto all'impasto liquido integrando con la rimanente farina ed un pizzico di sale. Impastate con le mani per circa 10 minuti. Fate una palla e lasciate lievitare per 20 minuti circa. Sgonfiate la palla con un pugno chiuso e stendete l'impasto in strato spesso 3/4 cm.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;i&gt;Arrotolate serrando bene durante l'&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_7"&gt;avvolgimento&lt;/span&gt; per fare un rotolo sodo.
